Victor Alexandre Frederic Laloux was born in Paris in 1850. He was a French architect.
He was educated at the Academy of Fine Arts in Paris from 1869 but his studies were interrupted by the Franco-German war of 1870.
After winning the award of the Academy of France to Rome, he studied several years there. He also participated in many juries official and chairs several companies of architects and artists. He died in 1937.
